If I were to hear this in 2021, I’d be confused. 

The truth is top leadership qualities have shifted in the last year. 

No longer is it enough to search for brand visionaries and expert decision makers. 

Now, leaders must be able to demonstrate that they can handle shifting priorities, unexpected circumstances, the danger of burnt-out workforces, and absolute agility. 

So… what should you look for in a leader today? 

Decisiveness is a big one, as we’ve seen in the last year. 

Quick, smart decision-making has more value than ever. 

Compassion and empathy are critical, and the ability to be inclusive, making the workplace a safe and equal environment for all, is priceless.
